Placed order online, called the store to ask a question..the owner answered and was so nice. He also emailed me back right away! Got the order within a few days!

The product itself was great, the perfect Christmas gift. However, I didn’t receive the black I ordered, I received dark gray. I called and emailed the store, and I still have not received communication back from them. Luckily, the recipient was okay with gray.
